Ms. Suraya Bilkis is the Chairperson of Healthcare Pharmaceuticals Limited and Healthcare Diagnostic Center Limited (HDCL). She is a Director of Healthcare Formulations Limited (HFL), Healthcare Life Science Limited (HLSL), Healthcare Chemicals Limited (HCL), Healthcare Diagnostic Solutions Limited (HDSL), Healthcare Dairy & Food Product Limited (HDFPL), and Alo Multipurpose Company Limited. Her entrepreneurial ventures include Healthcare Distribution (HD), Shelaidah Dairy (SD), and Rising Trading Corporation.

Since inception, Healthcare Pharmaceuticals Limited strictly maintains its quality policy established by a panel of Professional and technical experts from home and abroad. We are thankful to Roche experts for their kind advice and assistance to establish such a wonderful manufacturing facility in Bangladesh.

HPL is dedicated and passionate to apply innovative ideas in Marketing and manufacturing by availing most modern technology to provide most anticipated products conforming to the global standard of branded generics. Safety is a major consideration; so HPL follows Environment Health and Safety (EHS) policy to maintain a harmonious relation with neighbors, authorities, customers and suppliers. HPL is committed to enhance EHS awareness and continuously motivates employees on EHS culture through training towards all levels.

HPL has set principles for product development which provide the best Pharmacokinetic and Pharmacodynamic effects ensuring the utmost efficacy of medicines. HPL is continuously updating and installing advanced technology, in consultation with world renowned experts.

Mr. Alauddin Ahmed is the Managing Director of Healthcare Pharmaceuticals Limited and several other ventures, including Healthcare Dairy & Food Product Limited, Alauddin Ahmed Shikkhapalli Park Limited, Alo Agro Process Industries Limited, and Alo Real Estate Limited. He also serves as Chairman of Healthcare Formulations Limited, Healthcare Life Science Limited, Healthcare Chemicals Limited, Healthcare Diagnostic Solutions Limited, Alo Multipurpose Company Limited, and Banglabandha Land Port Limited. Additionally, he is the Managing Partner of Healthcare Distribution and Shelaidah Dairy. Beyond business, he is widely respected for his philanthropy—founding educational institutions, healthcare centers, and community facilities to uplift society.

Muhammad Halimuzzaman

Mr. Muhammad Halimuzzaman is the Deputy Managing Director (DMD) and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Healthcare Pharmaceuticals Limited (HPL). He holds a Pharmacy degree from the University of Dhaka and an MBA in Finance. He serves as Treasurer of BAPI’s Executive Committee, Member of the Bangladesh Pharmaceutical Society (BPS), and Director of the Bangladesh Economic Zone Investors Association (BEZIA). He has represented Bangladesh in several government delegations abroad for pharmaceutical sector development and contributes to fiscal policy formulation. He is also the Senior Vice President of BAAS and an alumnus of Japan’s AOTS program.
